Center
 The
Fairmount Health Center is a 100-bed
skilled nursing center located on the
Breckenridge Village campus. The
Fairmount Health Center provides care
that is essential for a well-rounded
continuum of care community. Fairmount
is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
The Health Center services include
24-hour nursing care, physical, speech
and occupational therapy programs, a
restorative nursing program, social,
recreational, and spiritual life
activities and social work services.
Both private and semi-private rooms are
offered.
Breckenridge Village is committed to
staffing patterns in the Fairmount
Health Center that exceed state
licensure requirements, and to providing
quality improvement programs and ongoing
staff training. The Fairmount Health
Center features a stunning dining room
over looking the wooded walking path;
there, residents receive personalized
choices such as made-to-order eggs.
Meals are served plated (not trayed) and
in a restaurant style by the staff which
provides residents with a dignified
dining experience.
