homes, the Canterbury I Villas and the
custom-built Canterbury II Villas.
Canterbury I Villas
The Canterbury I Villas feature
choices of one- and two- bedroom floor
plans complete with fully equipped
kitchens, covered porches, patios,
attached garages with finished storage
rooms and fully equipped laundry rooms.
Services included in the monthly fee:
- Maintenance of the villa's
interior and exterior (even washing
windows, cleaning gutters!)
- Upkeep of the beautifully
landscaped grounds
- Emergency, safety and security

- Property taxes, water and sewer
- Trash and snow removal
- Basic cable TV
- Scheduled transportation for

- Use of Campus Center and
facilities including computer and

- Priority access to Senior

II Villas
A Canterbury II Villa is a
custom-built, single-story condo-style
home designed to offer you the best of
independent living in a community
setting. Features such as a cathedral
ceiling, an outdoor patio, a separate
laundry room, a safety and security
system, and a one-, one-and-a-half, or
two- car garage are designed into every
home.
Beginning with five standard floor
plans, villas can be customized to suit
your lifestyle with options like

privacy fencing, to name a few.
