Homes & Apartments: Ranch Homes

Floor Plans:

Mount Pleasant's ranch homes are situated along tree-lined streets. These existing homes come in a variety of sizes including one-bedroom duplexes and two or three-bedroom ranches. Mount Pleasant also offers you the option of constructing a new ranch home with a variety of floor plans and options.

Our ranch homes include a variety of quality services including:

Kitchen appliances
Interior and exterior maintenance & repair
Lawn care, leaf & snow removal
Flowerbed maintenance & mulch annually
Preventive maintenance
24-hour emergency call system
7 prepaid days per year in the health care center
Health monitoring
Scheduled transportation
24-hour security
Programs and activities
