Quality health
care is our top priority
If
you’re recovering from a serious
operation, injury or illness, you will
receive the loving professional care
that you need from our staff of skilled
nurses, licensed therapists, social
workers, and nursing assistants who work
under the guidance of our medical
director. Our goal is to help our
residents remain active and
self-sufficient to the best of their
individual abilities.
You’ll be glad to call Park
Vista home
You will find the private, semiprivate
and deluxe semiprivate rooms spacious
and comfortable. You are encouraged to
make Park Vista home by bringing
personal items with you. Residents who
are able, dine in a family -style
setting where assistance is provided
when needed. Meals are specially planned
by our dietician and prepared by our
dining services staff to meet
individual nutritional needs.
Special programs and activities are
available and are tailored by our
Activities Department
to meet individual strengths and needs
with positive reinforcement, encouraging
residents to use their existing
abilities.
If you are facing any physical
challenges, Park Vista operates a
full-service, in-house
therapy center which offers physical,
occupational, and speech therapies
provided by certified and licensed
therapists. They will discuss any
problems you may have, consult with your
physician, and contact your insurance
carrier, free of charge--all you need to
do is give them a call.
Families are partners in the
care of their loved ones
Family members are important to our
residents here at Park Vista, but
especially at our
Health Care Center. In many ways we
share a partnership with family members
in caring for our loved ones. We want
family members to feel that this is
their home also, and to feel free to
work with us in providing increased care
and enjoyment through more resident
interaction. Visitors are always
welcome! Please ask about our Family
Partners program.
Park Vista’s Health Care Center is one
of the sites in the area selected to
provide services
through a partnership with Hospice of
the Valley. Nursing residents with a
limited life expectancy learn to live
each moment more fully, while families
receive support and bereavement
follow-up.
