You’re invited to stop by and visit Park Vista Retirement Community’s Living Manger on Wednesday, December 3, from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. on the front lawn at 1216 Fifth Avenue, Youngstown. The Living Manger, with live nativity characters and animals (including Herbie the camel), is a seasonal favorite among the children and families who love to watch the animals, and with members of the community who drive by or stop and take photographs.
“It’s our gift to the community,” says Chaplain Alan Hutchison. “It is our way of saying thank you to the many people in the community whose friendship and good will mean so much to us. It is a reminder of the true meaning of Christmas to all who pass by.”
