Retirement Village is Northwest Ohio’s

Our continuing care retirement
community offers villa homes,
independent living apartments, assisted
living apartments, long-term nursing
care, short-term rehabilitative care,
and specialized Alzheimer's/dementia
care. Home health services and an adult
day program are available through Senior
Independence.

Creek received its first
accreditation from the Continuing
Care Accreditation Commission in 1999.
